WHAT TO DO IN LOS CABOS , MEXICO – 5 ACTIVITIES THAT YOU CAN NOT LOSE
Los Cabos, Mexico, is a popular destination associated with US travelers, its close neighbor. But unlike San Jose del Cabo, where you can still find their own demonstrations in the region, on the other hand, in the Cabo San Lucas area and the tourist corridor, is not at all unusual to spend many hours without hearing a trail of Castilian, besides that virtually all signs advertising restaurants and recreational activities they are in English.
this town in Baja California Sur expats abound – at retirement age or not – travelers looking for all inclusive and university in springbreak are the most common foreign visitors.
So when we were invited by the IHG chain to spend a week in Los Cabos staying in elHoliday Inn Resort Los Cabos, we wondered whether the target would be too «gringo» for us. Our response after visit was a resounding and unclear.
Los Cabos turned out to be a destination where one can live experiences of all type: adventure, gastronomy, fishing, sports. shopping, beach and as we say in the video, is one of the places on the planet with the best sunsets.
Here our tribute to Los Cabos, shortly after our visit was hit by Hurricane Odile and now after a few meces reborn.
5 Things to do in Los Cabos
1) starting to swing the Giant Wild Canyon
Wild Canyon is considered one of the best adventure parks in the world, and suwebslinger is the most adrenaline attraction that are getting in . Diving to 140 km / h in giant uncolumpio while falling more than 100 meters to the bottom of a canyon , I assure you , is 1000 times more frightening than a bungee jump the same height . Too bad the camera is battery had finished just before but could have laughed at my face with dread.
2) Crossing the desert ATV Migriño
The desert landscape of Los Cabos is perfect for activities including off-roading . In this case get on an ATV without worrying about speed and ground connect the Atlantic to the Pacific on a desert was once a river . There are plenty of companies that perform ATV Tours , we went with Baja Buggies and recommend .
3) Swimming with dolphins
Swimming with dolphins is an activity that many of us takes us back to childhood and as we grow we would like to repeat , but the perspective that gives us the widow sometimes makes us question how these animals can be happy in captivity.
Dolphin Discovery Los Cabos is a place devoted to the preservation and research of different species of dolphins also to educate visitors , especially younger people, about the importance of preserving these species.
4) Paragliding in San Lucas
An experience I wanted to live long . Parasailing is an activity that moves away from being a kind adventure experience as many might believe, it is rather an extraordinary way to contemplate the beauty of Cabo San Lucas as if you’re walking in the air. No sudden movements of a glider , the privileged view of the place is overwhelming and if you’re lucky , like us, can even see whales. We advise you not to go through agencies and parasailing hire one of the many providers in marine because it is much cheaper .
5 ) swim near the Arc de Cabo San Lucas
Perhaps the most impressive sunset of our trips is the one we saw during our last day of visit to Los Cabos. We took a boat from the Marina ( $ 10 ) that took us almost to the entrance to the famous Arc , from there we could not only swim with the sea lions that live nearby, but it was one of those magical moments of travel one realizes that it is in some kind of order. Our visit to Los Cabos was ending, but that bounce only assure us that we have to regreesar soon.
